Women who have PCOS do experience a wide range of symptoms that are similar to those of pregnancy. These include irregular periods, weight gain or loss, depression, mood swings, fatigue, bloating, hair loss or excessive hair growth, and moodiness. While all of these symptoms may be caused by pregnancy or something else, it is important to remember that only about half of women with PCOS experience any symptoms at all! Some women experience symptoms so bad that they go to the doctor thinking they are having a miscarriage. If you are having any of these symptoms, or if your doctor thinks you might have PCOS, then there are a few suggestions below that can help you during your pregnancy.

If you are experiencing irregular periods, then the first thing you might want to try is birth control pills. While some women find that taking them for longer periods of time causes discomfort, for others they find that they are very effective in managing their menstrual cycles. The one thing to keep in mind when using them is that you should not just start taking them and stop once you notice a drop in your menstruation. You might need to take them for a bit to see if you experience any changes in your cycle, or if your periods improve as a result.

You should also try to make sure that you are getting plenty of exercise on a regular basis. Being overweight is one of the most common risk factors for developing PCOS. If you want to keep your weight down, then you should also try to make sure that your body is getting the vitamins and nutrients that it needs. Try to take a multivitamin once a day, and make sure that you are getting plenty of water and green vegetables as well.

Your skin should be looking regular and healthy as well. You might notice that your face and arms are oily or dry compared to other parts of your body. This might be due to hormonal imbalances in your body, or from the increase of your body’s production of oil. Try to use extra moisturizer or lotion in these areas. You should also wash your face more often to get rid of any build up of dirt that might clog your pores.

You might experience pain in your chest or abdominal area. It usually starts out as a mild ache and then grows stronger until it becomes very painful. This is normally caused by a hormone called estrogen. When this hormone increases, the uterus can produce even more progesterone which can cause this type of pain.

Mood swings are another sign that you may have PCOS. You will find that you are sad, irritable, or depressed quite often. In some instances, you may even become violent. There is no reason to believe that these mood swings are caused by the pregnancy itself. They may just be high levels of emotions that you have had for a long time. You should contact your doctor to find out if these symptoms are a sign that you may have PCOS.

Some other symptoms that you may experience during your pregnancy are tiredness, sleepiness, nausea, dizziness, and blurred vision. These symptoms can be caused by many things, but most medical experts think that it is PCOS. You may notice that you feel fatigued much of the time and are unable to function properly. Some women also experience blurred vision.

However, since every woman’s body is different, you may not know whether or not you have PCOS without seeing a doctor.
